Does anyone know what this is please; found inside a Pollensa but no idea if it’s original or a home made add on. Can’t work out where it fits. Asking for a friend.

I would guess it’s a home made addition big enough to take two cups.

That was my guess. Although they aren’t saying it definitely fits on the dash, I think it’s there just for the photo.

Maybe it slots over the rail instead of using the big table or something similar  shrugg

I don't think it would be original.

We have a Pollensa and I have made several small shelf sized tables.

One fits on the rail where the full size table goes, so I can have tea or coffee in bed; another fits on the wall over the cooker (when not in use!) for my coffee maker; and I made another drop-down one which goes in the space between the draining board & the fridge by the hab door - gives extra space for e.g. drying up plus handy when passing stuff out for alfresco cooking/eating.

Thank you everyone. I think it’s pretty clear it’s an add on by the previous owner. I knew I could get help on here.

Thanks.
