Nuevo 2011 spare wheel Empty Nuevo 2011 spare wheel

The spare wheel on my Nuevo seems slightly loose and I sometimes hear a clunky noise when maneuvering off my parking place at home. It is spring loaded with a disc with two flats on but I didn't want to try turning it in case the wheel dropped and there is also the valve extension fitted. Has anyone been brave enough to remove theirs and can it be tightened?
