2012 Nuevo Lancashire for sale

Sadly, our time for motorhoming has come to an end due to health problems so our beloved and cherished 2012 Nuevo Lancashire EK must be sold. 
This vehicle is a total one-off which was made by Auto-Sleeper to special order in 2012.  It has a Euro 5 engine and was built on a 3500kg chassis which had been intended for a 4 berth model. Because so much of what we considered essential internally was omitted from the 2012 body style it has the 2011 body style.  That body has the massive advantages of 3 copious lockers above the cab and, below the nearside bed locker, the exterior accessed locker (which is well sealed and NOT wet) both of which were omitted in the 2012 facelift.  Surprisingly it contains all the advantages of the better 2012 model furniture at the back end with 3 drawers and a pull down flap under the sink and an extra cabinet in the washroom.  The upholstery has been covered from new and is completely unmarked.  The cooker has three gas burners plus one electric hotplate hob together with a separate grill and oven.  The rooflight above has been replaced by a MaxxFan. There is a separate microwave above the 3-way fridge the latter having a thermostatic fan installed to ensure adequate performance in hot climates.
The original somewhat inadequate rear view camera has been replaced by a twin camera unit giving excellent rear view when driving which automatically switches down for reversing and is supplemented by rear sensors giving an audible warning.
The gas locker holds one 13kg cylinder plus one 6kg cylinder.  No solar panels are installed.
Overall I believe the vehicle to be in excellent condition and completely free from damp.
It has a full service and MOT history and has covered 45,711 miles.  I am offering it at £37,500 and, having looked after it carefully, we would like it to go to a good home.  We are located in North Shropshire.

With the benefit of hindsight I think that looking for £37,500 was over optimistic bearing in mind the lack of any warranty.  I should have made it clear that I am open to offers.  The MOT was done in early September so has over 9 months left.

Probably not the ideal time of year to sell, end of the main touring season and just before Christmas.

Watching a few YouTube sites caravan and motorhome prices have dropped after the recent boom in the market following covid and new motorhome shortages.

Unless you are desperate to sell now I would hang on till the spring when I feel you will get a better price.

The van looks lovely by the way.

Thanks, Terry. Yes, it is in very good nick. We have enjoyed it and I have always ensured that any minor issues that cropped up were fixed straight away. I guess that you've seen from my posts over the years that I make sure that things work as they should. I still reckon that AS quality started to drop soon after the facelift in 2012 and I cringe at the persistent electrical problems that come up regularly concerned with poor set up of the EC500 and EC700 and how that seems to have got worse since they fitted a lithium battery.  I was fortunate to get our van when I did.
