3 Way Fridge
Hello, would appreciate advice please. The Trident I am looking at buying needs a new fridge. I have been told 3 way fridges are no longer available and a compressor fridge is the only option. I understand this only works on EHU and 12V so by no means ideal.

Re: 3 Way Fridge
What utter nonsense, check this specialist caravan accessory supplier for a range of 3 way fridges....

It's more likely that you'll have a problem finding one the right size but look at the Vitrifrigo range .

Re: 3 Way Fridge
I think we both sing from the same sheet regards a new fridge Ian, if mine ever proved too costly to fix I will fit a compressor fridge without a second thought.
Saying that, if I didn’t have enough solar/batteries then it may be different which is another story.
As Paul has mentioned, utter nonsense they are not available!

Hi there, many thanks for the quick reply, you have confirmed my suspicions. I will take a look at Jacksons Leisure.

Hi, appreciate the advice, i don't think solar is an option for a Trident? Also, not been reflected in the price :(

You could get a portable suitcase type solar panel. Mine is 120w and I find it perfect for my needs. I only use mine to keep the leisure battery fully charged.

If you are looking at buying this van with a broken fridge surely it’s up to the seller to get a new one fitted , or a big £1000+ reduction for the hassle it will cause you
