Clubman executive at Ardtower

Currently staying at Ardtower caravan park at Culloden, (M.I.L in Raigmore hospital, so we staying close)

So on Sunday after 2 nights at Drumsmittal, we spotted a Clubman executive on the hospital car park. Gave them a wave....we headed to the park after visiting time, and they were on site. We've both been here all week.

It's a very nice site, clean facilities, mostly hardstandings with hookups, little cafe serving breakfast and pizza in the evening. £30 a night, which is very good value...the toilets and showers are lovely, and even have piped music ( okay, it's Moray firth radio)

If it wasn't for the reason for being here it would be just great to really unwind at, as it is it's great to get back here late afternoon and just try and relax.

Drumsmittal was okay by the way, but no decent mobile signal, and we were waiting for calls.

Still at Ardtower....what was 3 days has now turned into a week, and looking like until next Tuesday at the earliest.

The executive is still here too....

Hope you get a discount for long stay  site looks nice on the Web How is it for security and are you able to select your own spot within reason?

You get allocated a pitch when you book.... Which is fine, they are all pretty level.

Spent the night on the hospital carpark on Friday, after having paid here....came to book the next night and the owner said " I've just carried your last night over". They are very helpful and understanding.

Security wise, there's a key code barrier, and strategic security cameras, big camera covering the van storage park too. Not sure if there is a warden on site at night, but I think they live very close.

There are staff on site early in the morning, making bacon butties!

Called in on Monday am  before  going to Simpsons GC  you was not in sight!
Nice lady in charge who answered my queries 
Saw an A/S in Tescos cp Dingwall later

Some really nice stuff in Simpsons. Expensive, but nice. I saw a big fish tank, it said it was £137! I thought, "that's no bad...." Until I realised it was £137 a month....

Back in Caithness again.....

And Wigtownshire after a battle over the tops,(10th) coast, (11th) due to the  rain & WIND!

Yeah, that was some wind..... And I think I have sprung a leak somewhere, maybe the front roof light...or could be condensation. It was damty cold a few nights.

Warm with us over /night at Strathclyde CP no heater needed!!
