Not sure what the part is called or how to put a photo on here. Only have a smart phone!
On the Heki 3 (winding handle not push up bar), there's a part missing which means our window clatters a bit. On the dark brown plastic bar inside the plastic window (one each side) right at the very end (furthest away from the hinge) is a piece of plastic held in place by 4 small screws. Looks like a wedge which forms part of the locking mechanism. If anyone has had cause to replace their Heki 3 and still has the old one I would gladly buy it or just the bit in question.
