Is there one rule change ive missed... 

I thought in this third lock down that we find ourselves in that haircuts were a nono as all hairdressers are closed.

Then why do the majority of footballers appear to be straight out the salon?

Yes, I noticed Pogba's new style a few days ago....perhaps they are 'influencers' and can go/do what they like?
