damp patch clubman gl
hi we have a 1994 vw clubman with a damp patch between the cab seats on floor and it has been parked up for last 3 weeks:
definitely not from vent above: any tips welcome:

Hey. Did you resolve this? I’ve found the same on mine after being stood a couple of weeks on a slight angle. Thought it could be the door seal as it seems to have shrunk over the years and there is a slight gap at the join just above the plastic step by the carpet.

In my experience, it's most likely to be a leak around the windscreen - it doesn't need to leak much to accumulate during a long wet period like the one we've just had, and the slope in the cab floor means it runs backwards towards the front seats. Door seal leaks will almost always track round the seal/door and accumulate in the bottom of the door footwell.

When we had our clubman, we had a leak through the high running lights, water entered the nearside light and traveled along the wiring to just beyond the door pillars, ran down the wall and onto the floor eventually leaving a damp patch between the seats.
