Fuse box location
I must be daft I have a blown fuse and cannot find the fuses on my Hampshire

Which circuit has fused. The MB has multiple fuse boxes as well as fuses for the Hab area circuits.

i have blown the the fuse for the 12volt lights in the habitation area

Presume you have a Sargent EC325 PSU. Fuse 7 & 8 on the front of it cover the Front &Rear 12V lights. Page 7-16 of the AS Manual.
