Water tank heater? Have you tried tracing the wiring to see where it goes?

Yes lifted the bed, the wire is wrapped into what looks like a loom and goes up the covering on the door frame panel.

I see it has an indicator light. Check to see if it is 12V or Mains. If it only lights on EHU then it is mains. That will help to narrow it down. If it is 12V You can remove fuses one at a time to help track it.
