Speedometers Empty Speedometers

The speedo on my 2003 Nuevo suddenly stopped working. Anyone had same problem? How was it fixed?
Also where are the fuses?

I stand to be corrected but wouldn't that have been cable driven in 2003? I know my 2006 Peugeot was.

My 2002 was a plastic cog in the top of the gearbox that drives the Speedo cable. I had difficulty finding a replacement. The cogs are different colours to allow for different ratios and wheel sizes between models.
