My way is
Save your photos where you normally do.
In Quick reply box go to host an image (which in on top line four images before YouTube image) click on that and you get a box. Click Select files and that will take you to your file explorer where you will find your photos. Open the photo you want. This will bring back to ASOF. Click Send all wait for the photo to download and then insert. I advise you to use 320px for blogs for the size to start with.
