Just been out to look at mine. Can't find any makers marks, but it looks just like the one above. If it's a replacement cartridge you're after, it's just a case of removing the old one then comparing measurements with ones listed on the likes of ebay. I replaced the kitchen sink tap cartridge only a few months ago due to frost damage.

I cant get the old one out, I think the grub screw is missing and its been glued in, so I'll have to replace, thanks for taking the time.
