I have a small crack in the plastic inner of the habitation door caused by the blind opening to fast as it slipped out of my hand. does anyone know how to to mend it or does it require a new inner panel. Thank you

We had the plastic surround replaced in our previous Nuevo, they are paper thin & not really up to the job they should be at least twice the thickness IMO, maybe the newer ones are better.

Don't think you can really repair them if cracked other than superglue the crack which might be worth trying, don't think to replace they are that expensive though, so I'd just get a replacement.

It might be worth contacting Auto-Sleepers as they sometimes have doors that are replaced under warranty & can take the inside panels from these redundant doors as this is how they found a replacment for ours.

Thank you for your help, we had a Nuevo but never had any problems. I wonder if the panel was cracked when I bought the van but I didn't notice it. I have looked at removing lock but the screw cover are set deep in. I will try super glue and if that fails maybe a trip to AS

I think you can just take the plastic plug type poppers out of the sides & just lift the panels forwards? Don't think you have to remove the door handle or lock etc but I could be mistaken of course (it's been known) hugegrins
