Yeah she is down at the garage in the dry thankfully! there was a loud bang and when i looked there was what i thought was the shed roof in the middle of the road, but after checking that and it still being there i thought maybe its a garage door and as it wasn't the right colour for ours i stood there feeling sorry for whoever is was, and then it dawned on me!! i looked around the window and saw poor old Betty pop top gone!! disaster! thankfully some neighbours came to a damsel in distresses rescue before i did a Dorothy and blew away with the roof! slight cracking to the fibreglass but we think we can sort that, just got to get the bleeping thing back on, or hope for a good spring when an open top camper might be nice :)

What a tale to tell this coming summer though if the wind ever gets up when you are on a campsite!!  allthumbz

Best of luck with the repairs and best regards,

Thanks, the roof is going to be repaired later today because of the crack on the corner and we have a joiner looking at replacing the wood around the roof because it was either rotted away or close to it! so all in all i think it could of been a blessing in disguise as it would of gone at some point and at least we wasn't camping in her lol!

Hi Betty
Good luck with your roof repair, we had a CF on a S plate, it was on a Devon conversion, great wee van in its time.
