Apparently just clicking the Host an Image link in the posting box is enough to create an account, no attempt by me was made to create an account I was just curious, but received this moments later:

Have tried the Host image thing but it seems a bit of a rigmarole so will continue with Photo Bucket.

Minky58 to post using Photo Bucket try this:

In your photo bucket account make sure the Album or Library that the photo you want to post is in, is set to Public. Or create a public library just for posting images.

Click the image you want to post you will see a box on the right “Links to share this photo” choose the IMG option buy clicking the code it should briefly say copied then paste it into your message remembering to leave a space before and after the pasted code.

It should result in something similar to this:

URL=http ://smg.photobucket.com/user/matth84/media/Autosleeper/P1010338_zps4636ee7b.jpg.html IMG]http ://img.photobucket.com/albums/v628/matth84/Autosleeper/P1010338_zps4636ee7b.jpg[/IMG]

I have edited some of the code above so you can see what you should be pasting.

Here is the result unedited:

I'm using a windozey PC, Mac or Linux may be slightly different.

I've been using servimg for ages, I "found" it in the same way as you did only from a different forum. Your username & password will be the same ones as used for this forum, as mine are for the other forum.
I don't understand what your problem with it is? it's just as easy to use as photobucket (yes, I have a photobucket account and a flickr one too) but I find servimg more convenient to use.

It would have been nice to have been asked first me thinks. (I put the x's in)
