Whilst looking for a 'swivel plate' for my passenger seat I came across this idea !

They are very good if you are disabled with limited twisting ability, you can just plonk your bum on the seat and turn to face forward without too much difficulty.  My Father used one for a while.  Not seen one for ages.

I bought a friend one as she has difficulty getting in and out of the car, she is so pleased with it. also handy on chairs in the house.

I took the upholstery of my (late) Dad's and use it as a turntable for painting intricate items.

Hi,

These are good idea but need a flat surface or seat to work, the picture posted is showing the worst kind of seat for this product.

They are available at any mobility shop and they would/should allow the purchaser to try before purchase.

Cheap option that works, "place a plastic shopping bag on seat"  I tried it when I had a bad back ,cheap but effective
