Waste pipes on a 1991Talbot Harmony

Post by bertie12 on Sun Jun 02, 2013 12:09 pm

Hi I am new to this and have just bought a 1991 Autosleeper Harmony. The previous owner was a lady who had put it through its M.O.T. the garage had done a fair bit of welding and had removed the pipes from both tanks. I have worked out the freshwater tank inlet but there is two gray flexi pipes. I take it one is for filling and the other is a breather. Can they be joined with a Y piece ?
The thing i cant work out is the waste tank there are two black rubber pipes one on the O/S comes from the both sinks as water comes out when pored down the sink it has a broken plactic fixing at the end. I take it this goes into the tank. The other pipe is on the N/S (other side of the tank) and it too has a a broken fixing I would think this is the drain? where should this be attached to drain the tank.
Both pipes are currently tied to the body with cable ties any help would be appreacated.
Thanks John

Hi John.

It is best if you introduce yourself to the members in the intro section as you will normally get a better response to your questions after that.

Cheers Whisky. champagne
