Thought I'd just share this incase anyone might find it of interest, we have one of those reflective breakdown triangles but thought this would be a good addition to carry with us on our travels.... the cone takes up very little space when collapsed and has a really bright flashing led light, ideal if you breakdown for less than £20 from eBay or amazon but available in a range of sizes so beware you don't buy a small one by mistake.

are they legal?
You are required to carry 2 x TRIANGLES here on the continent. Spanish Police will fine you for the least little thing even driving in flip flops NOT that I would ever do that but I know someone who did and was fined E 50.
