Lincoln Farm Park, Standlake, Oxfordshire

Post by Tommy-Darcy on Fri Oct 19, 2012 6:11 pm

Pitch 22, our home for 2 nights. Facilities superb. Staff extremely friendly. Great base for discovering the Cotswolds. A couple of great real ale pubs. The Black Horse jusr around the corner and particularly the Rose Revived on the banks of the Thames about a mile and a half away. Good reasonably priced food and good beer, came out of there a bit wobbly drinksallround
which was nice biggrin

The Rose Revived allthumbz

We may be a bit biased as we were at the site to visit a couple who are friends of ours and are wardens at the site. However just chatting to other campers (whilst I was handing cards out) and they are of the same opinion. All in all, well worth a visit allthumbz

12 to 20 miles depending on route taken according to "Google Maps", but I have no doubt you would find another site closer smile!

This one is 3 miles away http://thecotswoldgateway.co.uk/campsites-cgi001.htm up!
