Hi just enquiring about easylift trail I’ve got a AS Burford Duo just retuning from a trip to France Italy and realise a scooter would be a big advantage for transport I’m also a biker so would be looking at possibly at 250 scooter which I think at 250 kg would be not a issue on here? Is towing speed at 70mph still ok? And also reversing any issue? I also presume it attaches to a standard ball hitch? If you could give me some more information that would be appreciated.
Regards Kev

Towing any type of trailer in the UK limits you to 60mph on all roads that would be 70mph without a trailer

You are also not allowed in the right hand lane of a three or four lane motorways

There are probably other restrictions since I stopped tugging some year back

KKB
Trailer is now sold.
No it does not hitch onto a towball, but is bolted directly onto the towbar, which makes it a chassis extension as it doesn't articulate.
Reversing was a doddle, due to the 'castor' type wheels.
For more detailed info you can get the specification from Easylifters website, to see if it will suit your needs, bike weight etc.
We were very happy with it and only sold it as I was finding the bike a bit of a struggle, due to my knees.
I never receved a pm from you and only found your message when I logged on to update on the sale.
