Had a problem with Avtex TV which we had purchased earlier this year. I rang AVTEX pm on Monday 3rd December for advice, at my choice a courier picked up and labelled the boxed TV on Wednesday 5th for delivery to Cardiff. At 3pm on Friday 7th December a courier delivers back the repaired TV.
How do they perform such excellent service.

There was a recent post on Facebook about the excellent service. Someone had bought an Avtex a few years ago and it stopped playing dvds. Similarly it was collected by courier, repaired and delivered back in a couple of days. It was a chargeable repair but a lot cheaper than a new set. If only all suppliers/manufacturers could be the same!

Always had excellent service from Avtex ,over the years we have had 3 TV/DVD sets, all good.

My Avtex went faulty after 4 years 7 months.

Between John Lewis (5 year guarantee) and Avtex, it was sent off and returned repaired in a couple of weeks.

Brilliant, just a shame JL don’t seem to do such a large range of Avtex anymore.

Just had my Avtex TV repaired for free in 5 days , including a weekend, it was bought by the previous owner and I had no receipt, they accepted it as the model was just released last year.
