What's this 'past biker' DDD? You're making me feel old! I'm making plans to ride to Italy again this year, taking in my favourite road, the Stelvio pass.

Al,

Past, as in Past it!

I have glaucoma, which has affected my vision. Poor in my right eye, degraded slightly in my left. Still meet the requirements for driving (but not over 3500kg). I am no longer comfortable on the bike(s) so I have compensated with the motorhome.

Passed my bike test in 1967. I still have 4 restoration bikes waiting in a queue for me to get around to them. Motorhome and retirement are both MAJOR distractions though.

Good luck with the Italy tour.

Mine is easy from age 12 to about 30 (when job took me away) I was involved in Heanor Town football club from Junior section Secretary to Full club Secretary and from 17 when I bought my first car a 20 year+ old never missed a game home or away.
I like Daisy May although I thought if was the name of the Beautiful Old English
All the Best Margaret.

Got my user name when I used to ride a Harley Davidson.  I had very little hair so made the decision that I would not have any!  Still keep my head shaved today as I prefer it to the grey, monk like little fringe I had.  Guys in the club christened me Slaphead and it has stuck.

Have a look on turnipnet.com. It was Daisy May and Saveen. Funny the things you don’t realise you have retained in your head isn’t it?!
