Limited flow from taps in Lancashire 2013

Away this weekend and the water system seems to be causing some problems. Firstly the pump seems to run for ages, stopped that by adjusting the flow sensor but now there seems to be reducing amount coming out of the taps. Is there a second filter any where which could be blocking?

Have your taps themselves got a filter at the spout?

Checked those and they seem fine, have altered the pressure switch again to see if that helps. Thanks for the suggestion.
