Inboard gas tank problem

Have used our 2014 Broadway for the first time, but no gas pressure, although gauge showing full. As we were not far from dealer who sold it to us,so they they sent out engineer, who investigated ( including hitting valve with a big hammer). After many calls to workshop he said that the underbody tank would have to be changed. On returning home we returned the vehicle for this and other faults. Dealer now says valve OK. Perhaps they found bigger hammer in workshop! Has anybody else had problems with 'Gasit' system, we had problem with gauge showing empty when it was full previously.  I am hoping that it will now be reliable, as could be expensive down line.

Is it possible that they simply didn't open all the valves when they tested it the first time? I don't know the layout of a Broadway specifically, but A/S typically fit a main gas valve next to the cylinder and then a distribution manifold inside the van with individual valves for each of the appliances.

Has the underside been coated / sprayed with underseal? My problem with inufficient gas supply was traced to underseal on the regulator, blocking the breather hole.

I think it could well be  the underseal causing a problem, and to be honest did not know that the regulator had a breather hole. Will talk to the dealer about how they fixed it, when I collect it later in the week.

Neither did I !  But we'd had the van rustproofed in its first week, and we'd suffered intermittent problems with the Truma space heater when operating on gas. It wouldn't re-ignite; it often just stopped; it displayed various error messages, including insufficient gas - although the tank was full. We could manage without the gas, and I didn't bother to get it sorted until the van's second habitation service. Then - after all sorts of checks in the inaccessible heater unit - the problem was traced to the regulator under the skirt. It was coated in underseal. New regulator; all sorted.
