Water heaters

Post by Cello297 on Sat Mar 26, 2011 7:56 am

I hope this is in the right section. If not, would the moderator please place it in the right spot?

The older vehicles will have Carver heaters. Carver was bought out by Truma some time ago and Truma, unhelpfully, do not provide parts for the old system. There is a wonderful man in Nottingham who can supply parts. Try http://www.arcsystems.biz/. For the handier Auto-Sleepers owners there are workshop manuals reproduced on the website.

If your old Carver is past redemption, there is now, I gather, a Henry Heater to take its place. Auto-Sleepers will supply and fit this at Willersey if required - and they are really nice people. What more could you want! agree3

Carver Heaters

Post by Paulmold on Sat Mar 26, 2011 9:31 am

For those of you with Carver heaters , both water and space heaters, Gary at Arc Systems is truly the man who knows the answers. Before you contact him, look at the 'Preloved' website under forums and you will find a massive thread (over 180 pages) of questions and answers about Carvers. If you do need to contact Gary give him a chance to answer his phone or reply to emails, he is one very busy guy.
