Marquis Durham - On The Ball

After my Marquis salesman picked up on the faulty winding mechanism in my front Heki, before I even owned the new van, he put a warranty claim straight through to Auto-Sleeper.

I've had several calls from him since placing the claim, keeping me updated with progress and I received a further call from him fairly late on Tuesday night, letting me know the part had arrived.

He apologised for the fact that the service centre staff had all finished for the day, but would get one of them to ring me on Wednesday to make a mutually convenient appointment for the work.

One of the team rang me on Wednesday afternoon and asked if I could get the van to them on Thursday at 1pm. 

I was expecting a much longer wait for a slot, but no problem and thank you, very much appreciated.

Work done yesterday and they also moved my Fiamma canopy forward from the 'too far rearward' position that AS had mounted it.
