Fixed awning

Post by greycaster on Tue May 30, 2017 9:48 am

I am thinking of purchasing a Kampa Motor Rally AIR Pro 330 for my Warwick XL. Question is, will it interfere with the top of the sliding door when attached to the awning and how is the fit against the side of the van. Also comes in 3 sizes, which would be best. Any help would be appreciated.

There are several views/demonstrations on You Tube. We are definitely getting the 330XL which is the size appropriate to the height of our roll out awning when closed. This design takes away the need to have your roll out awning deployed that tends to flap and creak in gusts of strong wind. Such commotion at night disturbs our sleep. Also despite use of storm straps to anchor the legs down, we fear damage to the fabric as it 'cracks' like a whip in the wind. The design also ensures a closed snug fit to the side wall with it's Limpet Fix System and also the fixture of a skirt along the length of the van without the need of screw fixings or adhesive. We are fortunate to have the Kampala range on permanent display at a dealer in Portsmouth. Regards.
