With that wish list, I think you're looking at a Broadway but don't think you'll get one for that price.

Hint - don't post in capitals, it means you're shouting.

You should be able to locate a 2008 Sigma EK for around the 29k level, I've seen one or two on the web over the winter, not sure if they are still for sale.
Be aware that the over head Luton bed area in the Sigma has a smaller front aperture , the 4 berth Broadway and Nuevo EK ES has a larger aperture .

I was looking for a Nuevo originally and would still consider one. I thought the extra space in the Luton may be useful, but was unaware the over-head bed was smaller. Thanks for the input

The overcab bed is the same size, its getting in that's narrower ,(height wise) , the extra space is great, the groundfloor beds make up into a large double, or two singles, these can be made into wider singles leaving room in the centre of the van to move from the front to the rear.
We don't have to swivel the front seats as we had to do in our last van, a Nuevo es unless your over 6.2".
Hope this helps a wee bit more.  scratch head

Can I suggest that you look at my post in the for sale section on this forum. I am selling a 2013 Nuevo ES. This is the model with the enlarged Luton. I never thought that I would sleep in a Luton but this is extremely comfortable. At home I am up by 7am. In the van I have difficulty in getting out of bed before 8.30 - 9.00 am! Cheers.

Check the number of bottles in the recycling, you may find the reason for your late rising
