Which toilet do you have. Which fuse, cassette locker or panel?

There should be another fuse inside the cassette locker, near door top left, 5A blade fuse I think.

If its a Thetford C200 and the fuses are ok it is very likely the impeller on the pump is stuck. If that is the case, usually freeing it by turning it with a screwdriver or similar will get it working again.

The pump is in the flush tank on that model, accessed by prising off the plate around the blue flush button that is stuck on with soft sealant.

There are videos on the Thetford site showing how to access/ replace. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

The fuse in the cassette compartment should be a three amps blade fuse

Give it a good shake with clean warm water.
The pink additive precipitates gunge which stops the pump.
I just a a bit of green toilet fluid to the flush water now.
