Compression joints that are prone to leak

They don't look like compression joints to me?
Maybe push fit?

What is the problem? Are the joints in the phot actually leaking?
My Nuevo had a similar set up. The top is a push on joint and yes they can fail but simple enough to fit a new one. The joints past the right angle bend are finger screw on joints which should be screwed finger tight and normally do not give any problem.

Pressure build up when tank is full forces water out of these joints and more recently, witnessed leakage whilst filling. Apologies for my ignorance suggesting the joints were of the compression type. The rounded fittings just spin round loosely and yes the right angle bends (bayonet fitting) easily pull apart. Obviously I have to make finger tight these round bits so the sections don't pull apart. Furthermore, understand I only see the 'IMG' ref and not the actual photo within the post format?
