We are having problems with the movement in the side wall of the habitation. Basically, the sun exands the outer wall of the motorhome causing  it to move away from the bathroom  partition wall. All the screws which connect the 2 walls between the top of the cassette toilet and the ceiling have pulled out. They are secure in the partition wall but pulled out of the inside of the motorhome external shell, due to insufficient material to bed home the  screws.
On a cold day the gap is zero, to 1mm. On a hot day (this is NZ) the gap expands to 5 -6mm.  This renders even the best sealants disconnected and useless.
Any ideas  to fix this problem would be appreciated.

We have the same on our Broadway, no gap when cold but when warm like now in Benidorm the wall pulls away from the bench toilet.

No experience as yet of the higher  temperatures mentioned but it is a frequent occurrence to hear a load 'bang' as if something outside has struck the van. Usually as the structure contracts in the cooler evening /night time when you are about to drop off to sleep. Initially went outside to inspect armed with a torch thinking it was a wild animal on it's nocturnal wanderings.

Good day Tikiti, by your description had similar problem on our 2013 Winchcombe whilst touring in France over the summer. Hadn't considered the possibility of expansion/contraction but makes sense!. We took it back to dealers and they re-secured the panel and resealed the WC. No further problems noting its well into autumn now with much cooler weather.
The securing arrangement seems a bit 'heath robinson' with self-tapping screws passing from the wooden bulkhead into the errant panel at an angle using what seems to me to be a fairly crude 'raw-plug' arrangement which is then covered with a plastic clip on cover.
I did contemplate trying to repair myself, however since the van was still under dealers warranty we took it back and they appear to have added a few more fixtures and resealed the WC.
