Like Hens' teeth. Whatever you do don't throw them, paint them, use bumper black or whatever to restore them, you simply can't get them.

I think you may find they are unattainable now, I may be wrong , think it was been mentioned in another thread, you can bring back the shine with linseed oil, but the out of shape I cannot help you with, have they come adrift from the vehicle? if so probably can be fixed, I did mine with Sikaflex sp black, it is very messy stuff but works on those panels.
