Good luck with your first trip  up! There are lots of sites in the lakes, we recently spent several nights in Castlerigg Hall and were very impressed. It's very popular (so booking is advisable) but despite that, it's pretty quiet with a nice walk downhill into Keswick. Unfortunately that means the walk back is not downhill snigger, although you can get a bus to within 500m which is a big help. Sure others will have suggestions for the other sections of your route.

If you want a quiet 5 van site at the end of Windemere try Lakes and Fells site.

https://lakesandfells.com/

Stayed there a month or so ago. Hard standing, EHU and all for £11.00. Near to a working Victorian Bobbin Factory run by English Heritage. A reasonable walk to the boat landing stage. Beautiful area.
