So at this stage it's just a matter of saying hello ..... we put a deposit on a 2008 Broadway EL DUO yesterday whilst at the Malvern Show and now have to work extra hard at selling our beloved and rather special VW T2 Westy to help fund it - thus the comment about not trying to tempt fate.

I've been a big fan of the earlybay forum over the years and I am hoping ASOF is of a similar ilk.

We have been researching for the past couple of years before making the leap to what my friends on EB would definately call the 'dark side' but the idea of more onboard space to relax in together with a loo & shower has proved to be the final reason for leaping.

The VW has taken us in to France, Spain & Belgium as well as many parts of the UK including cooking a full roast turkey dinner on Christmas Day in the New Forest one year. It's a real wrench to move away from the 'chilled' nature of VW ownership just hope someone else is ready to jump in and take our place .... quickly!

Thanks for the info already in place on the forum, it looks a great source of knowledge and friendliness

Hi and welcome to the forum from the Moray coastline, we had a good life in Splities and Bay window vans back in the 70/80's , we love the comfort of the modern day  coach built vans.
