Lost wheel hub
I've lost a wheel hub from my Nuevo. There are a couple I have found on eBay under my HUGE photo which I think will fit. Will they? Also when buying do you go for the cheapest or do you look at the feed back. HOW DO I MAKE MY IMAGES SMALLER ADMIN.[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Not sure your linked ones are domed enough.
These say for 2006 Boxer, and chrome too.

Hi
Sorry can't help with the hub caps but:
You mean like this?

or this?

There's an easy way to do it directly in the editor. You simply type in the size you want the picture to be in pixels.
First switch the editor to text mode:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
When you post the link to the picture look at the text and you'll see [img*] immediately before the link and [/img*] after it (without the star but I can't type it in exactly because it's hidden code and it won't show). All you need to do is type the picture size you want (in normal brackets) inside the first square bracket.
e.g [img*(100px,100px)] (don't forget the comma).
Also if you highlight the link you can use the alignment buttons to set the picture to left right or centre as you would in a word processor.
Easy to do but difficult to explain because I can't type the method in directly but If you "quote" this post you'll see how its done.
If you haven't imported the picture yet:
Roughly in the middle of the editor tool bar there is an "Insert Picture" button. If you use this to import a picture rather than cut and paste from a site like Photobucket or servimg it gives you the option to set the size.

Re: Lost wheel hub
I recently bought two cheapish sets after I lost one of my old ones which I couldn't match up. 2 sets so I now have four identical spares..

Sorry I meant to say I need silver not chrome but I have since found a few on ebay by typing in 15" Peugeot Boxer Wheel Trims. Will get the cheaper ones.
I have also learnt how to resize my photos. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Thanks brodco but did it a different way. Left it in editor mode inserted image and changed width and height.

Re: Lost wheel hub
Don't know how cheap you call cheap, Rose. I bought some cheap £15 ebay ones and they cracked. The ones I have now came from Todd's and were £25, they seem OK, been on for a couple of years now.

Hi Rose,
Yes, that's them. Don't know if they do mail order though? I'm fairly local you see.
They did have a recognisable maker's name on the box, rather than just generic ones but I cannot remember the name.

Re: Lost wheel hub
I lost a wheel cover of my 59 Symbol a few years ago on a roundabout near Driffield , I looked on Ebay to see if I could find a replacement, only to find my cover for sale for £15,cheeky sod.!!
My wife clipped a kerb last week and bend the steel wheel and burst a new tyre, picked up a replacement wheel and tyre from a local scrappy and a new set of covers for £14.99
It pays to shop local.
