Hello from Somerset

Post by Westdavez on Wed Feb 24, 2016 11:40 pm

Hi, had our Duetto for 20 months now. Ex caravaner ex camper. Got too old for the second and hated towing the first. Met a lovely couple at the NEC Autosleeper stand (hi rambler) today who mentioned the forum. We joined the ASOC back in 2014 and I thought I should join you lovely people here. My wife and I look forward to 2016 a few rallies and weekends away. The other half still works part time, but gets a long weekend off every other week. Members of Caravan Club and Caravan n Camping Club. Duetto is called Dave, if you meet us you'll see why, personal number plate, pretentious I know but impressed clients when I was self employed, way back in the 1990's. Living the life now but hate the house work. Bit of role reversal and I think my wife loves it, I don't get many complaints and I've nearly mastered the clothes line. Who knew there was a method to hanging clothes. Speak soon.

Welcome from a C&CC CS in Malvern.   handshake
I'll soon be mirroring your lifestyle as I retire and wife still works so maybe you can teach me a thing or two.
