removing side blinds from Talbot Talisman

Post by paulsutt on Sun Nov 22, 2015 9:23 pm

Hi

Our blinds all need retensioning as they aren't springing back properly. Now I've done this before in our old caravan...however the problem I have is how are the side blinds removed?...there seems to be a pelmet/cover over the blinds and I can't see how to remove anything?

Removing window blinds

Hello Pau,

Did you get an answer or work it out for yourself?  We have a Ford Duetto and the same problem with the blinds.  There are 4 screws in the facing but it doesn't come off and I would really like to solve this problem.  Thanks.  Wendyl

Paulsutt hasn't visited the forum since May so don't know if you'll get a response.

I did it on our Duetto but it was over 10 years ago and all I can vaguely remember is that many screws had to come out to get at the blind and then adjusting took the patience of a saint (not me) before it was right.
