P reg Harmony M56/A55

Just followed a P reg Harmony (or tried to as it travelled at speeds in excess of national speed limit) along M56 and onto A55 heading into North Wales. There must have been something wrong with my Symphony as I could never get those speeds. Perhaps this Harmony had a 2.5TD engine?
Interestingly it had it's spare wheel on the left-hand back door (cycle rack on right-hand door) which is far more sensible than trying to get at it in the underneath cradle. Hope they enjoy their trip to North Wales (but watch for the dreaded North Wales police with their speed guns).
