Once again, many thanks for the tip-off Paul. I just got one. In fact I bought two, one for son-in-law. Looks fine, and can allegedly go up to 10bar so should cope with AS easily. Compact and seems robustly made in Germany.

I think it's time you gave up the day job and became my personal shopping adviser!

Many thanks.

To me this compresser works from the cigar lighter, wouldn`t reach my rear wheels, was advised when I bought mine  RAC one that it needed to be from the battery by clamps as the cigar lighter one wouldn`t be good enough to get the pressures I need, 64 in rear, just a thought .

I have a cigar lighter connector to battery leads.
That would reach your rear wheels.I measured  it 13 foot long.
However you may have a connection inside the van that would easily reach.

Micky

Hold Fire. Tried mine .Blows 15 amp fuse and will only run disconnected after fuse changed.
Connector is very stiff and hose is short.
Gauge has no control .
Taking it back to Lidl now.
