The fridge only works on 12v when the engine is running. It works on 230v when on hookup and gas when not. If its a problem on site it wont be with 12v.

He knows that it only works on 12v while on the road and that's his problem as it does not he thinks after a power cut on a site with a possible power surge after the power was put back on and if so blowing the fuse.He cannot get full access to his under seat battery box.How does he do that ?.

Remove the seat. 4 Bolts, hex, torque or allen head - varies from vehicle to vehicle.

Hi
Slide seat back and remove bolts at front of sliders (vertical on front of seat box) then slide seat forward enough to remove the remaining two slider bolts. The seat is very heavy and I suggest putting a blanket on the settee behind and rolling the seat back onto it. If the layout is the same as mine there are two fuses and two relays. Out of interest do the 12volt electrics switch off when the engine is started? If not then I would check under the bonnet for fuses and connections, possibly the alternator is not connecting to the relevant relay or the batteries are not being linked. I am surprised that the seat cannot be slid forward enough to get at the fuses and relays, on the symbol you can get the battery out this way but it is fiddly and you have to tilt it,
Regards,
Chris
