Seems to work well, my shed is dry enough to burn!!! The skirting board under the tap in the garage goes off the scale. Daren't try it in the van!!

Thanks Paul, just bought one. The cat is too wet to burn, but there is nothing wrong with it's reflexes when jabbed by accident.

Found a leak in my flat roofed garage already. £12.50 becomes £2000 - just like that!!! confused3

I was in two minds about the thermometer but can't think when I would use it.

Yes Peter.
The other gadget is a laser ,infrared thermometer.
You can detect any temperature you point it at.
For example you could check your brake temperatures on all your wheels and compare.

No thanks Paul - I'd just be using it to find some trouble I'm glad I don't know I have, plus no rushing anywhere today having just returned a 5 yr old and 18 month old to their owners after 48 hrs!

If you missed out in Aldi; Lidl's have them at the moment (14/9).  bought one this afternoon, for the house rather than the motor home.

No need to apologise Paul. Aldi is just down the road and there isn't a Lidl in my locality.
