A guy opposite to me at the Malvern show had a bungie cord between two eyelets one on the door the other on the side of his van, I noticed that the gap between door and vents was wider than the norm, I have never had a problem on my Anniversary Clubman so haven`t gone down that route.

Hope you find a solution to yours.

There is an extension that clips on to the clip that you already have, perhaps O`Leary`s or Auto-sleeper with have one, bear in mind AS charge minimum postage of £5 .

The plastic bars that fit in the clips on the van side and door to keep the door from covering the fridge vents are prone to drop out and when aged get brittle and break. Fit a solid brass hook and eye (hook 4" to 6") between door and van side.

Hi everyone  We have just become the owners of a Talbot Express auto-sleeper talisman11 1988.  We have found the clip on the back door, that keeps it open, has obviously, with its age, become brittle and broken off.  Can anyone help us by telling us where to get another one?
