We are at C&CC site at Haltwhistle came Thursday, very high winds, awning blew down on caravan when we were out. here until Tuesday.

Went to Appleby Horse Fair yesterday, a good day out.

Anyone in the area ?, saw quite a few Auto-sleepers, not members of this forum though. two that I met in the service station car park were members of the ASOC, hadn`t heard of this one, so I spread the word.up!

Travelled back from Barnard Castle via Brough and Kirkby Stephen , plenty of travellers parked on grass verges along the route obviously around for the horse fair. Several campsites in area close first two weeks of June, I wonder why??
