Wishing Roger A Speedy Recovery Empty Wishing Roger A Speedy Recovery

Post by Admin Sat Apr 04, 2015 8:03 pm

Dear ASOF Members

Some of you may, or may not be aware, that our good friend & Moderator Roger (roli) has been ill for sometime, despite this he has been active in the running and moderation of the forum which is greatly appreciated.

I was stunned to hear recently that Roger recently suffered a cardiac arrest! But, is luckily still with us due to receiving CPR, he has undergone an operation to install a defibrillator implant along with a pacemaker and is now safely back home recovering.

I'm sure members will join me in wishing him a speedy recovery, and thank him for the time he puts aside to help out with the forum especially with his other serious health issues he also suffers from.

Regards

Ed (Admin)

Thank you, Ed [Admin] for telling us. Roger: that explains the recent absence of contributions! I know that your many friends on the Forum wish you a full and speedy recovery. We look forward to hearing from you again before too long.

Speedy recovery from myself and CC, Roger. nurse

Pacemakers are a wonderful invention. My mother has one and any time soon due to have it replaced for the second time!!  shes out living the batteries!!! snigger

Enjoy your trips to North Wales - a beautiful part of the UK, my favourites are  Anglesey, Llandudno and Snowdonia.

Take care
