But its a VW so soon to be a collectors item, that's why the price is high I guess, you sure some one has not lowered the suspension!  hugegrins hugegrins hugegrins

They've corrected the price, it was £199,950 .

Price asked is a bit high but not the highest I have seen and I doubt if they will have any problems selling it.

I think the price is right and the Gatcombe is my favourite monocoque. I only stàrted the thread because of the incorrect price on the original advert.

Nuevo's don't do too bad either. We bought our first motorhome a 53 plate Nuevo EK in 2009 with 11k on the clock for £19500 from a dealer and sold it 5 years later for £20500 privately with more than double the mileage. Don't think we will do as well with our 59 plate Lancashire when the time comes ........ but fingers crossed. Guess its all down to supply and demand and caring ownership.

Not just monocoque `s I paid £19750 for my 2002  Topaz  in 2012 , sold it 14 months later for £20. 900, think it is VW in general, as well as the Auto-sleeper and condition.

We traded our Trident in and got 2k more than what we paid for it two years previously... up!  Took a hit on our Nuevo though, but thankfully got a better price than the dealers were offering! The VW based vehicles seem to hold their price better from what I've seen.
