Hi all 
  what are my best options do I have a bypass kit fitted with a relay and it beeping at the back,or a dedicated mercedes wiring loom for the canbus wiring

Check your chassis build record. I think AS choose option JW2, "Delete bulb failure indication".

Mine is I have a bypass relay mounted under pass seat, ( without buzzer though).
