Windsor spotted today A494 to A55

As Windsors are quite rare, wondered if anyone from here. It was in a massive jam on the A494 between Queensferry and A55 going west.

Might have been Stan (inglegreen) off the Wirral. We are at Oswestry showground/rugby club.
