New Campsite website

Post by Paulmold on Thu Feb 27, 2014 10:30 am

Found this on another forum. Had a quick look for sites in my county and found ones I didn't know existed.

Paul,

Thanks for that.  Looks like a good site and easier to use for CC CL's than the official CC site.  allthumbz

With regard to the Thread on Lincolnshire Car Park height restrictions they list FIFTY-FIVE campsites suitable for motorhomes within 10 miles of Skegness!  Whistle1  Whistle1

Best regards,

I agree Roger, I've used UKcampsites for years but I've just put 'Flintshire' in and it returned 14 sites whereas the Campsitechatter site came back with 18.
I do like UKcampsites for the reviews and often make a decision based on those reviews.

Thanks for that Paul.

Just found a site on the Gower I did not know about (55 miles from me).

So do I, but I try to read between the lines and take half of them with a pinch of salt!

That looks like a handy new web site, though, Paul.

Me to. Often the reviews tell a better story than the club reviews. I always, without fail double check against it.

Hi Paul
Just had quick look at your new site, looks like we could be using this one along with the U.K campsite guide.

I've been playing around on the new site and found a couple of errors that occur, e.g. searched for CC site in Keswick and it returned 'no entries found' but if I searched by map and clicked on Cumbria it was there. How you notify any errors I don't know yet.
